How to Change Your Organization Name

Currently, changing your organization name is not possible through the user interface. However, our support team can easily make this change for you upon request.

Steps to Change Your Organization Name

  1. Contact our support team through your preferred support channel (slack or e-mail).

  2. Request a change to your organization name.

  3. Provide the new name you'd like for your organization.

  4. Our team will process the change and confirm once it's completed.

Important Notes

  • Organization name changes are typically processed quickly.

  • There are no limitations on what you can change your organization name to, as long as it's appropriate and not already in use.

  • The change will be reflected across all areas where your organization name appears in our system.

While we don't currently offer this feature in the user interface, we're always working to improve our platform. Keep an eye on our updates for potential future enhancements to self-service options.
