How to Delete Prompts and Traces

Deleting Prompts
Currently, there is no direct user option to delete prompts from the front-end interface. This is by design to ensure that prompts remain available for SDK fetching and to prevent accidental deletions. If you need to delete a prompt, please contact our support team for assistance.
Deleting Trace Results
Trace results are automatically kept for 30 days. There are several options for managing or deleting trace results:
1. Manual Deletion Requests
You can request manual deletion of specific trace results by contacting our support team. This is useful for GDPR compliance or other purposes. To submit a deletion request:
Send an email to [email protected]
Specify which trace IDs you want deleted
2. API Access
For more frequent or automated deletions, we can enable an API for your organization to manage trace results. Contact our support team to request API access for trace deletion.
3. On-Premise Deployment
If you're using our hybrid on-premise deployment, you have direct control over your data and can delete trace results as needed without contacting support.
Note: The ability to delete prompts and trace results directly from the user interface is not currently available but may be considered for future enhancements.
